Hey hey - cool, I didn't even know one existed. When I was a kid, I used the library and bookmobile like a madman. Glad to see there is one in Lincoln/Lancaster County.

Part of the problem is it's not so easy to find this stuff out. I found the bookmobile schedule, which is somewhat buried on the Lincoln City Library website- and in PDF form.

You know, in the library world, there's a lot of talk about how the OPAC (the online searchable catalog for non library geeks) may or may not suck, but this is a reminder that we need to take a look at our websites, too.

Couldn't agree with you more Nirak about the need for more outreach! I would LOVE To see Lincoln's library system make a more aggressive pitch to the public, particularly in the lower income neighborhoods. Is there a bookmobile service in near south or north 27th? Would be great to have one.
